The Q-Fog Cyclic Corrosion Chamber provides the best possible laboratory simulation of natural corrosion. Specimens are exposed to a series of different environments in a repetitive cycle that reproduces cyclic outdoor conditions.

Three Environments
The Q-Fog can cycle through three functions: fog, dry-off and humidity. Simple tests may consist of cycling between fog and dry. However, more complex procedures (such as automotive) call for multi-step cycles incorporating humidity or condensation, along with salt fog and dry-off. Q-Fog is available in model SSP for Prohesion or conventional salt spray, and model CCT for corrosion research and cyclic automotive tests.

Simple to Use
The Q-Fog features a custom controller that allows the operator to easily program complex tests or a range of pre-programmed procedures. The built-in self diagnostics warn the operator when to perform routine maintenance (e.g., refill the solution reservoir) or to check for operation.
