Q-Lab's Service & Repair Philosophy
Q-Lab testers are remarkably reliable and easy to service. Our goal is to produce testers that can be serviced by our customers, not testers that are designed to generate profit from their repair. However, we are committed to providing whatever support our customers need, wherever they are in the world. We provide field service by our own highly trained employees or worldwide representative network agents, when customers require it. We also provide fast help desk support by phone and e-mail when an in-person service call is not required.
We expend considerable engineering effort every year to constantly make our testers easier, simpler, and more useful for our customers, along the lines of the Kaizen (i.e. continuous improvement) philosophy.
